Software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
SQL, SQL Server, TOAD, Ultra Edit, familiarity with SDLC and Agile process

3+ years required advanced business analytical skills - problem solving, documentation, research and summarization
Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with internal business to assess, define and document business needs, issues and ideas.
3+ years experience writing business requirements. Familiarity with the SDLC process.
3+ years experience testing on-line applications. Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing including developing & documenting test cases.
3+ years experience querying normalized databases using SQL and/or competency using MS Access and SQL Server
3+ years experience defining report specifications
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments within prescribed timeframes.
