Profile : Information and Communication Technologies/IT Support Officer

Position description :
You will be part of the Service Integration and Management team (SIAM), which is responsible for supporting end users with quality service throughout the group focusing on communication, continuous improvement, customer engagement and managing the company’s outsourcing partners.
Together with your three colleagues, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related problems encountered by end users across Credendo’s offices throughout various European countries.
As Credendo operates multiple locations across Europe, occasional travel to any of the Credendo sites may be required.
You will provide first and second line support for all workplace-related topics.
You will work on various projects within the SIAM team.
You will act as a lead in various rollout projects.
In your role, you will provide training and guide internal customers in the use of their workplace tools.
You will report to and consult with the ICT Third Level Support Manager.
You will proactively look for improvements to make the work of your colleagues as easy as possible.
You will follow up on tickets using an ITSM tool.
You will react proactively to any recurring incidents.
You will actively seek enhancements to streamline your colleagues’ tasks, ensuring the work of the Service Desk is as efficient as possible.
You have strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
 

You have proven experience as an IT support engineer.
Your expertise is well-established, with hands-on experience in a Microsoft domain setting, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Office 365 applications, networking, Intune, MDM, SharePoint, OneDrive, MDE, and the Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
Experience in a financial or banking environment is a plus.
You have at least 5 years of relevant ICT working experience, ideally within large-scale operations.
Holding Microsoft certifications is an asset.
Experience as a team leader or coordinator is an asset.
Holding Microsoft Azure certifications is a big plus.
You have the ability to create documentation and instructions for your colleagues or end users, in both technical terms and in a format that is understandable to those without technical expertise.
You are an excellent listener, quick learner, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented, collegial atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing. Fluency in French or Dutch is a plus.
Practical mindset and a can-do attitude, allowing you to work independently.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

We are looking for a highly qualified Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In consultation with the Head of Marketing and Communication, you will develop and implement a communication and marketing action plan, in support of the group strategy, in order to increase interest in the brand and its products, improve customer experience and contribute to lead acquisition and customer retention.

As a Communication Specialist:
You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communication and be part of a team of around ten people.
You will develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that are aligned with the company.
You will create, edit and distribute engaging content on the various internal and external platforms.
You will support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and videos.
You will work with various departments and entities, in Belgium and abroad, to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
You will support internal clients by advising, developing and implementing communication materials and plans relating to their specific areas, in line with the priorities of the business line, the company and Credendo’s communications plan.
You will be involved in the planning and execution of online events, webinars and promotional events.
You will manage specific and concrete files, such as innovative actions, brand development and protection, budget preparation, selection and briefing of the main suppliers, client-oriented market research, large communication campaigns, important events, etc.

You have a master’s degree in communication, public relations, journalism or marketing.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a communication specialist or in a similar communication and marketing role.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
You have an excellent understanding of corporate communication principles, crisis communication strategies, people and culture.
You are highly creative and think strategically, and you are capable of developing innovative communication solutions.
You have strong interpersonal and networking skills and you are able to build and maintain relationships.
You have a proven ability to create communication plans and deliver impactful communication programmes, including the development of messages and strategies, the planning and targeting of communication for different audiences.
You have strong oral and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
You have strong organisational and project management skills.
You are able to work independently and to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
You are familiar with the MS Office suite and you master collaborative tools, social media and digital technology.
