Position description :
We are looking for a highly qualified Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In consultation with the Head of Marketing and Communication, you will develop and implement a communication and marketing action plan, in support of the group strategy, in order to increase interest in the brand and its products, improve customer experience and contribute to lead acquisition and customer retention.

As a Communication Specialist:
You will report to the Head of Marketing and Communication and be part of a team of around ten people.
You will develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that are aligned with the company.
You will create, edit and distribute engaging content on the various internal and external platforms.
You will support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and videos.
You will work with various departments and entities, in Belgium and abroad, to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication.
You will support internal clients by advising, developing and implementing communication materials and plans relating to their specific areas, in line with the priorities of the business line, the company and Credendo’s communications plan.
You will be involved in the planning and execution of online events, webinars and promotional events.
You will manage specific and concrete files, such as innovative actions, brand development and protection, budget preparation, selection and briefing of the main suppliers, client-oriented market research, large communication campaigns, important events, etc.

You have a master’s degree in communication, public relations, journalism or marketing.
You have at least 5 years of experience as a communication specialist or in a similar communication and marketing role.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
You have an excellent understanding of corporate communication principles, crisis communication strategies, people and culture.
You are highly creative and think strategically, and you are capable of developing innovative communication solutions.
You have strong interpersonal and networking skills and you are able to build and maintain relationships.
You have a proven ability to create communication plans and deliver impactful communication programmes, including the development of messages and strategies, the planning and targeting of communication for different audiences.
You have strong oral and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
You have strong organisational and project management skills.
You are able to work independently and to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
You are familiar with the MS Office suite and you master collaborative tools, social media and digital technology.
You have interest in international trade.
Minimum level of education required : Professional bachelor (Higher Education Short Type)
